Raspberry Pudding

Raspberry Pudding

Bahan:
1/2 bks agar-agar bubuk warna putih
350 ml susu cair
50 gram gula pasir

Lapisan merah:
1 bks jelly bubuk merah
200 ml sirup raspberry/ frambozen
350 ml air
buah raspberry segar secukupnya

Hiasan:
100 gram whipping cream, kocok kaku

Cara membuat:
Lapisan putih: campur agar-agar, susu cair dan gula pasir, aduk rata lalu masak hingga mendidih. Tuang sedikit di dasar gelas lalu beri beberapa buah raspberry, biarkan mengeras
Lapisan merah: campur jelly bubuk, sirup raspberry dan air, aduk rata lalu masak hingga mendidih. Tuang diatas lapisan putih lalu biarkan dingin dan mengeras dalam lemari pendingin
beri whipping cream diatasnya lalu hiasi dengan raspberry segar, sajikan dingin
